For IFAT Saudi Arabia, we delivered end to end social media management and content creation aligned closely with the event’s brand guidelines and communication objectives. Our approach combined structured content planning with high impact visual execution across formats. We designed a range of posts that maintained consistency while enhancing overall feed quality, alongside creating impactful graphical style reels that simplified key themes and improved engagement. Content production included one lifestyle shoot and two DSLR led shoots featuring show directors and conference producers, with videos elevated through motion graphics, subtitles and dynamic editing.

During the event in Riyadh, we executed three days of on ground coverage, producing engaging video content focused on key themes such as recycling, sustainability and industry impact.

We also managed real time story updates to capture live moments and drive audience engagement. The combination of strategic planning and high quality execution resulted in strong visibility, engagement and reposts across platforms, particularly on LinkedIn.
